Al-Hafeez - Al-Hāfiz: The All-Preserver, The Preserver, These two noble names point out Allah's protection for His servants so that they can lead their life as predestined for them, and He preserves their deeds, good and bad. He also protects His pious servants from anything that may undermine their faith, notably suspicious matters, vain desires, and Satanic insinuation.

Al-Ahad: The Only One is more powerful in negating polytheism than 'the One'. It is like the difference between 'one' and 'anyone'. If it is said, for example, "there is not one in the house", this could mean there are two or three. But if it is said "there is not anyone in the house", this means that none whatsoever is in the house.

Who is Allah?

Doubt may confuse the mind, but the heart recognizes the truth. This universe did not create itself, and every soul carries a deep longing for meaning, purpose, and peace. The fact that this universe has a creator will remain firm and undeniable in the hearts.   Man longs for an Exalted creator who subjugated his servants and predestined their affairs. It is a matter that no one may disclaim and this longing leads us to Allah — the One who created you, knows you, and calls you back to Him.
